Online Bots Post HALF of all COVID-19 Conspiracies and Calls for Opening the Economy

Who supports Trump and the Republicans’ call to reopen the economy? Some people might be fooled, but it turns out most of the tweets and posts on Twitter aren’t from human beings at all, they are from bots – automated Twitter-posting programs. At least half of all tweets calling for opening the economy and suggesting that COVID-19 is a hoax are posted by bots. This is one more episode of the Trump show constructed out of lies, lies, and more lies.
