The Obama administration oversaw an unprecedented fracking expansion in West Texas. As a result, today the United States is the the top crude oil producer in the world.
Despite everything we know about the urgency of climate change, investments in fossil fuel extraction continue to rise. Industry projections are clear: oil and gas production will continue well into the early 2030s and beyond.
This is the reality that we are facing. As environmentalists and activists, how do we organize to stop this?
