Time’s Up: Saying No to Sexual Violence and Capitalism (Baltimore: March 22, 6pm)

Date:

Join us for a Speak Out Now Forum in Baltimore, MD

The #MeToo movement has made it clear: sexual violence in our society is widespread. As more and more women have shared their stories, they have exposed a sick society that is rooted in exploitation, hierarchy, and violence. The movement also reminds us that we are not alone and we don’t have to accept this anymore. Join us for a discussion about what it will take to build a society in which sexual violence and oppression are things of the past.

Thursday, March 22 at 6:00 p.m.

The Free School Classroom at Red Emma’s

30 W. North Avenue, Baltimore

Organized by Baltimore Speak Out Now/Revolutionary Workers Group. We believe that, to end all forms of oppression and exploitation, we need to overthrow the capitalist system and establish a socialist society both here in the U.S. and around the world. We also believe that it is essential to organize to defend our communities today against all forms of oppression and exploitation.
